Latest M2 Ultra Mac Pro Features Upgradeable SSD as Apple Starts Sells up to 8TB SSD Kits

Apple has officially announced the new M2 Ultra Mac Pro and Mac Studio at its WWDC 2023 event. While the event was oriented toward developers and software updates, the company made sure it announced devices that were due for an upgrade. Henceforth, the company announced the new AR Headset, 15.3-inch MacBook Air, M2 Ultra Mac Pro, and Mac Studio. It is now being reported that the new M2 Ultra Mac Pro features upgradeable SSD and the company has already begun selling SSD kits.
Apple's latest M2 Ultra Mac Pro comes with an upgradeable SSD
The new Mac Pro was the final device for Apple to complete its transition from Intel chips. It seems that Apple's latest Mac Pro will come with an upgradeable SSD as Apple begins selling SSD kits for 2TB, 4TB, and 8TB options. The kits can be used to replace the existing internal SSD of the Mac Pro with a pair of 1TB SSDs, 2TB SSDs, and 8TB SSDs. Take note that the latest SSD kits only support the latest M2 Ultra Mac Pro and can not be used on the older model. You can order the kits SSD kits starting today and they will arrive by June 9.
Apple's latest Mac Pro is potentially the fastest Mac and comes with more or less the same design as the previous model. While the machine is quite expensive when you configure it with the upgraded internals, it is still nowhere close to the $50,000 mark set by the older Mac Pro. It remains to be seen how the machine performs in the real world as we wait for the benchmarks to surface on the internet. You can check out more details here .

Apple has also announced iOS 17 , watchOS 10, macOS Sonoma, and tvOS to developers for testing purposes, so be sure to check that out as well. This is all there is to it, folks. Share your thoughts with us in the comments.
