Galaxy Z Fold 5 Case Smiles For The Camera, Showing Us The Same Design As The Previous Generation Foldable

Now that we are done with the Google I/O 2023 , it is time to start looking forward to Samsung's upcoming foldable phones. If all rumors are correct, the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 are going to be official in late July, and we have been seeing a lot about these devices for some time now. This means that these phones are closer to their release than ever before.
The leaked Galaxy Z Fold 5 case makes one think that Samsung has made its mind about the Fold's design language.
We previously showed you the leaked transparent case for the Galaxy Z Flip 5 , and today, we have the Galaxy Z Fold 5 case for you, courtesy of Ice Universe . I have to tell you that the case might disappoint anyone who was looking for a significant upgrade.

Now, frankly, the new Galaxy Z Fold 5 case does not show or prove anything that we don't already know. It corroborates everything we have heard or seen about the upcoming foldable and shows again that Samsung is unwilling to change the design. I now feel that the design change might never come to be. The source even compared the case to the case of the Galaxy Z Fold 4, and you can look at the difference yourself.

Honestly, there is not much difference between the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 based on the cases that we can see in this post. The new foldable does have the flash moved right next to the camera, whereas the Galaxy Z Fold 4 has the flash right under the three cameras.
Considering the credibility of these renders, it is safe to say that you are looking at the Galaxy Z Fold 5 to share its DNA with the Galaxy Z Fold 4, and we are under the impression that there are going to be some improvements under the hood, of course. But overall, you are looking at largely the same design, which could actually end up disappointing those who were looking for something unique.
Based on the reports that we have heard, Samsung will release the Fold 5 and the Galaxy Z Flip 5 earlier this year in July. This means that in the coming weeks and months, we are going to have a lot of information on what Samsung is planning to do.
