Considering how Instagram might soon be getting the same feature, I thought, why not create a guide that can tell people how to create polls on WhatsApp? The feature has been there for some time, but I do believe it is underrated and underutilized, and in this guide, we are going to look at how you can create WhatsApp polls with ease.
Now the feature debuted some time ago, and I have noticed that not many people use it. Considering how useful it can be, I am writing this guide in hopes that more people start using this feature every time there is a decision to be made that requires input from multiple people.
Create polls on WhatsApp and make decision-making easy
Now, an important thing to keep in mind is that polls can be created in both individual chats and group chats. However, I believe it serves a better purpose in group chats where there are several people, so everyone can pitch in and give their opinion. With that said, let's look at how you can create polls on WhatsApp.
Step 1:  Open  WhatsApp  on your phone.
Step 2:  Now, open the individual or group chat where you want to create the poll.
Step 3:  Once there, click on the paperclip icon.
Step 4:  Choose  Polls. 

Step 5:  Now enter the question, the options, and simply tap the  Send  button on the bottom. You can have from two to twelve options, so there is plenty of choice for everyone.

There you have it, folks. You have successfully managed to go ahead and create polls on WhatsApp. You will even be notified every time someone picks an answer from the poll. The feature can be really convenient for everyone with a group of friends who have a really hard time making a decision.
