To install the latest update, all you have to do is head over to the stock Apple Watch app on your iPhone and navigate to General > Software Update. Simply follow the on-screen instructions to download and install watchOS 9.5.1 update on your Apple Watch.
Take note that your Apple Watch must fulfill the prerequisites to install a new update. If you are not familiar, your Apple Watch must be in the range of your iPhone and should have at least 50 percent of battery life. Additionally, the wearable should be placed on a charger and connected to the WiFi. As for what is new in the latest build, the release notes suggest that the update focuses on "improvements and bug fixes."

The update potentially fixes bugs and errors in the operating system for a smooth and fluid user experience. This will contribute to the stability of the platform. Other than this, watchOS 9.5.1 is a minor update that does not bring anything new to the table. Nonetheless, we will keep you guys posted for more details. Apple is also gearing up to host its highly anticipated WWDC event next week where it will see fit to announce watchOS 10 alongside iOS 17, and much more.
